Much faster...
The AF is instantaneous, almost as fast as most dSLRs I've used ![]() The only downside is don't let go of the shutter when you shoot at high-frame rate following an action (which the V2 does pretty well). Once the shutter is let go (i.e. index finger lifted) the EVF will blackout and the camera will start writing to flash preventing any more shots until the buffer is completely emptied.
