I need help. Some times, the flash would fire and the pictures are flawless. Other times, the flash fire weakly and the pictures came out pitch black!
Daylight shots are perfect in any setting: Automatic or A, 1, 2, 3 user settings. |

Perhaps you are not allowing enough time between shots for the flash to recharge completely.
