So I got my first digicam. A Nikkon Coolpix Series 2100. Heck of a camera, even though the night quality pictures are hard to take, (there, I said it! they are not perfect!) But I have a problem of even worse magnitude. The batteries! I got a exclusive battery pack made only for the Coolpix series 2100 and 3100. Now the thing is, the camera came with a pack of Panasonic alkaline batteries. I recharged the other ones, but in the end used the Panasonic ones. The Panasonic lasted quite some time. Like a month and a half of constant use. Then, I used the recheargable ones. They lasted for about 2 hours, then they died. Normally, I recharged them. Fine. But then, they did the same thing!
2 hours and a half of charging time just for two hours of functioning? I think there is something wrong here! Shouldnt they last more! Heck, the non-rechargable ones lasted more time. So what should I do? I was thinking of exchanging them for a new pack in-case they were defective, but what if it happens again? Also, I have heard wonders of Panasonic. Should I get the Panasonic brand? :?: |

Nevermind. I made a search. I paid around $25 for those batteries. The CVar (sp?) ones seem to be great. The Panasonic ones were CVar, I think (by the look of it). They are too expensive too, and I havent seen them on a retail store.
It is either the exchange, or a new pack. |
