Can anyone recommend a reputable internet dealer? Nikon told me not to buy from any internet companies; if the product is labeled gray market they won't even service it. They are turning me off. My local camera store isn't even an authorized Nikon dealer according to Nikon. I would love to stay with Nikon, but if I talk to Canon and discover they are easier to work with I just mightgo to the other side.Would love to hear any suggestions - |

I've had positive experiences with Beach Camera as well.

Cameta Camera is another authorized Nikon dealer. They have a lot of good Nikon accessory packages.

You can also use Nikon's directory of authorized dealers:
http://www.nikonusa.com/template.php...amp;cmbGroup=5 That should tell you whether a company is legitimate or not. Nikon probably tells people to avoid all internet retailers to be safe. I have seen BH Photo and Adorama stores in person and they are legitimate operations. |

If you want serious advice, good service without pressure, go here:-
http://www.ephotocraft.com/ Even down to the fact that they wouldn't sell me a monopod because they had talked to the representaive of the company who said mine was strong enough to carry the D2X and 200/400. Eldar (that's his name there) is the tops. Check them out on Reselleratings or Bizrate - superb. I ordered $7,600 of equipment delivered on time at unbeatable prices. I'd have no hesitation in ordering from them again. |
