Maybe you should get your wives involved in an expensive hobby. ... maybe something you could photograph them doing.

ha ha..this is so funny. My wife allowed me to buy the D7000 but came back saying she really wanted the $1200 Gucci bag.

Tell her the $1200 Gucci bag takes lousy photo's it hasn't even got a decent ISO.
Check out the handbag review sites they will confirm this. :-D

I have a D5000 and I do sometimes shoot up to 3200 but I'm not really happy with the noise at that ISO. The samples I've seen from the D7000 look fantastic.
