I'm really stuck deciding between the Kirk or Really Right Stuff L -bracket or just a regular bracket for my D80. I don't like the RRS regular bracket as it's not a custom plate, it's a universal plate. Of course, that would have the advantage of being used on another camera someday, but I think I would rather have the custom plate like Kirk has. Has anyone used the Kirk or RRS regular or L-brackets on their D80? What are your thoughts?

Lots of views but no replies. I must be the only one here that uses an Arca Swiss mount tripod head (Kirk BH-3) for their D80.

After researching some more, I decided to just go with the Kirk PZ-113 plate since it's custom made to fit the D80. The RRS plates are not. The L plates would be nice, but they're just a little too much money to spend considering they can only be usedon one particular model.
