I know Jehan will like this picture, last full moon on September minutes before it turned blood moon.

Wow..that is fantastic Marcelo...I've always wanted to take a picture like that. Looks like a Boeing 757 to me. Was that traffic from or to Lagurdia? Unfortunately, skies were cloudy in my part of the country and I saw nothing of the full moon, let a lone the blood moon. Anyhow, very nicely done indeed!

BTW, I noticed from the Exif that you were at a 600mm focal length. What lens were you using?

This airplane took off from JFK airport and I noticed it was flying on the moon direction so I had just a few seconds to focus and shoot my camera.

It was captured with the Nikon D810 + Sigma 120-300mm f/2.8 + Sigma TC2.0

The weather was beautiful in NYC with clear skies and no winds.

I used also my D7100 + Nikon 300mm f/4 + Nikon TC1.7 to capture the "Blood Moon"

Just came from Seattle and Vancouver, this one is Siwash Rock in Stanley Park - Vancouver.
