This shot was made in my office right next to the window against the wall.
I asked a colleague if she wanted to pose and she cooperated.

Probably not the best you have seen, but CC, tips for improving and enhancing of shot, etc. are appreciated.

Hi bedde,

Nice composition. I did a little tweeking in photoshop and I thought you would want to see my results.

My opinion is when the photo is too sharp all of the subjects pimples and blemishes should be removed. Skin should be smoothed out a little and the Photographer should make the subject as nice or nicer looking then in real life.

When We look at someone with our eye's We really don't see all of the flaws in a persons face. The camera will pick up all of the flaws we really don't see.

That is why there are retouchers for film shots and Photoshop for us Digital photographers.
