That attachment is too big to display in a forum thread (not to mention that we have a "hard limit" set at 1500 pixels wide for attached images to display here (at least for now, as we've been discussing making it lower to reduce readibility issues).

I'd suggest going no more than around 800 pixels wide for images attached to posts.

We have a number of members that still have monitors at 1024x768, and when you start to go larger than around 800 pixels wide, that impacts the readability of the forum threads (because members need to scroll left and right to see the text in the thread when a wider image is displayed).

Sorry Jim,

Was using a trial version of PSE 6 and forgot to click 'apply' to my resize to 640 pixels wide in the 'Save for Web' input screen.

Here is what i intended to post:

Nice shot Nick with your 18-200 VR. If I go with the D300 I might start with a 18-200. Keep posting.
