Default Monitor view while shooting?

Hi Guys,

Can I have a "picture" in the monitor before I snap, to judge the proper composition, rather looking through the viewfinder, like Olympus E-20 (and all the cheap cameras have)? I know this may not be a very "professional" feature, but it has its value in some situations. I read the manual and must have missed that if the setting is there.

Thanks for your time,

Luby.

Sorry no, none of the interchangeable lens SLRs have live video, the LCD displays are for review only.

You can only have this not very "professional" feature on EVF based camera:

ie What-you-see-is-what-you-get, even with a real-time histogram before the picture is taken!
