JUST RECEIVED MY NIKON D300 (PROBABLY MORE CAMERA THAN I NEED) BUT WHY NOT. I JUST CANNOT FIGURE OUT HOW TO GET FLASH PICTURES TO COME OUT CLEAR, NOT BLURED. I JUST DO NOT KNOW HOW TO SET THE CAMERA FOR FLASH. I'M TAKING A NIKON CLASS IN APRIL BUT DO NOT WANT TO WAIT THAT LONG TO FIND OUT WHAT I AM DOING WRONG. HELP!. THANK YOU.

My first guess is that your ISO setting is too high? If your using a flash at night set your ISO down to 200. Try shooting in Aperture "A" mode with a minimum shutter speed of1/250. Also make sure to keep at least about 4/5 feet between you and subject

Hold steady and fire away!
