Is the D100 FAT32 compatible?

do you really need a 2+gig card for that camera. as it is on a 2gb card you'll probably get well over 160 raw images depending on iso. hi jpgs will exceed 220 images. that there is a lot of button pushing there.

Actually, if you format any CF to FAT32 the D100 will still read. I don't have a 4GB card to test whether formatting it in FAT32 would work out. Probably not, but at least my 1GB worked under FAT32. I gotta try NTFS just for kicks

sjms, which would that be, the NTFS thingy or the 4GB CF in the D100? Or is it both? :P

the NTFS thingy. it works fine in a computer not that well in a camera. the camera sort of gives it the cold shoulder.
