Yes, this looks to be true. Here is the comment on dpreview:

Actually, that is not in english, so I can't read it. I checked the Nikon USA site and they don't have any info about it. Neither does Steve's "BREAKING NEWS" link.

And hunting around on the nikon-image.com site didn't find it either. I assume it's true (dpreview.com is rarely wrong on their front page) but it's odd to me that it is this hard to find.

In case you haven't heard, the D2h is appearing in some people's hands already. The delay is supposed to be because of parts shortages.

Hi - ebay has them - with prices falling fast - Great new shutter design - unfortunately lots of noise - looks like $2895 will justify owning one - Curtis
