Default non integrated autofocus?

I am looking for a list of nikon dslr non integrated autofocus-motor bodies please.

I believe they are D40, D60 and D5000.

Add the D40x to the list. The Nikon D40, D40x, D60 and D5000 bodies do not have built in focus motors (so, you'll need to use a lens with a built in motor if you want Autofocus).

All other Nikon dSLR bodies have focus motors built in.

does that mean the other nikons "such as D90, D300...etc" would make manual focus lenses "such as Zeiss Planar T* 1,4/85" to auto focus?

No, a manual focus lens would still be a manual focus lens.

Autofocus lenses for Nikon bodies will either rely on the focus motor in the camera body using a screw drive in the lens mount, or have a built in focus motor. They've got to be designed to Autofocus.
