RJseeney,
I'll try that +3 indoors. As I usually boost my iso up to 800 or 1600 when using my SB400 flash bounced, +3 might be a better option.
I must say I've never plussed my flash exposure either . I,ve minused it a few times though,to save bleaching a face out.
