Default Vivid

I had my D7000 set for vivid, is it possible to remove the vivid effects with the camera or in PS elements or with lightroom?

I failed to review the first few shots, when I got home to my computer, I found I would like the effect removed.

Thanks'

You can decrease the saturation in PSE or LR.
