Default RAW viewing with Mac

I am new the forum and use a Nikon D7000 that i really like and previously used a D70. My favorite photography is nature/wildlife. My recent problem has been in seeing the RAW files when I have the camera set to shot RAW+ Fine. I am on a Mac and this hasn't been a problem in the past.

Welcome to Steve's

I'm not a Mac user. But, the .NEF files are different for each Nikon camera model. So, the viewer you're using must know how to decode your D7000 files.
