Why a resized photo is no use in showing camera quality

I uploaded small files due to the forum rules restrictions limit

Okay .... the top one was the d600 and a nikon 24 70 the bottom was the d7100 and the kit 18 - 105

Here are both cameras with the 24 70 . full files can be viewed via Flickr settings the same

To me . . . that's where my D5100 does better than my D90. And why when shooting available (low) light, I'll grab my D5100 over my D90.

I put both cameras in manual yesterday set the settings the same except for the iso was on auto the same scene the D7100 shot at ISO6400 & the D600 at ISO5600

I am not that good at testing things but I am happy to try your request where possible
