Default The D500 AF is phenomenal!

Following are images to illustrate the capability of the D500 autofocus capability and not necessarily the quality or composition of the images (all @ 600mm):

IMO this is the best DX autofocus system on the market at this time as I shoot with the 7D MrkII too

... Even more remarkable with a 1.4x TC with full AF on a 150-600 Sigma @ 850mm f/9:




-> As fast if not faster than my 7D MrkII with a 500mm f/4 prime... I'm so sold with this combo!!!
