Default PentaPrism v PentaMirror

Hello

Okay so the PentaPrism is out and the PentaMirror is in - albeit for budget DSLRs. Question: Not having used a camera fitted with a PentaMirror and not being able to test drive one myself for some considerable time to come, is there any difference when looking through the view finder? Can you tell that what your looking through is a series of mirrors and not a block of glass?

Regards

Phillip Rhodes

No visible difference. I doubt many users would really appreciate the difference a pentamirror makes. I believe it gives better optical clarity for manual focusing.

With AF and auto metering features galore, one need not worry about the pentamirror.
