Finetronics scares the hell out of me. Cannot use credit card and must send moneygram or money transfer to Finland. I did this once years ago and get stung -- never agan. Good luck. Geezer

I got suspicious of this company, too, so I filed a report with the FTC. This company is doing too many things that I consider suspicious, and I think that a few people will scammed by them. Any time I see (a) prices too good to be true, (b) payment by wire transfer, (c) a foreign country involved, and (d) recent account/domain registration, I get weary.

Finetronics.net claims to have been around since 2001. With such "great deals", you would think everybody would be talking about them. But searching Google reveals otherwise. I get more hits searching for my own website, and I don't sell anything!

My experience trying to get a Nikon D100 at a good price made me aware of how many scammers there are out there. Especially on Ebay. I'm not surprised to see the same thing happen with the D70.

Remember - if the price is too good, it usually is.

I to thought this was to good to be true. I checked the website again today, and it has been taken offline. There is no way to get to it.

Must have been a scam.

Its good they are gone!!!

Order Information--

Order Number: 0000001

This alone would be enough to send me running, or at least want to speak on the phone to the vendor for an explaination (as I have done before with an ebay store with just 1 feedback - he was just brand new, in the States, took Paypal, nothing sinister. Quite different from this situation).
