Default air blower is not enough

just curious from other dslr owners...
just using the hand held blower is not enough to clean the sensor, i still have to go in and use pecpads and eclipse soln...

same experience with others?

another ?....how hard is the sensor filter ccd?...it is really that easily scratch damaged?...i heard no and yes...i not care is need when cleaning...

i was just wondering people's exp and the durability of the sensor....not really how the sensor is cleaned...i've been on that thread already...thanks
