A continual problem, as I found out to my cost when I lost one shortly after purchase. I tried clingfilm but that was a waste of time so now I just put up with it and have attached the cover to the strap with a bit of string. Nothing in life is perfect!

I LIKE YOUR IDEA AND AFTER SOME THOUGHTI THINKI WILL USE A LENS CAP RETAINER STAP AND STRETCH IT UNDER THE CAMERA AND ATTACH IT .

I'LL REPORT BACK LATER TO LET YOU KNOW HOW IT WORKS.

I just picked up some screen protector sheets--the kind you use on a PDA like Palm Pilot.

I think I paid about $5 for a package of five or six at Office Max or Office Depot.

Haven't had a chance to try them yet but I've seen similar solutions posted on other boards and people seem to think they work.

Exim screen protectors are very good, and they are ultra clear.

Ebay is a good source for them (at least in the UK), but other countries may be able to buy them locally.
