Default D100 books??

I am considering a D100, but after reading the specs and various reviews, I think I am going to need a lot of educaton on the use of this camera. Are there any books on understanding all the features and getting the most out of this camera? I did a quick check on amazon, and could not find anything.

I know it is a relatively new camera. Perhaps there are books on the D1 that are useful and similar in function to the D100?

Well, as long as you know about film SLR camera and lenses, there shouldn't be much problem to understand about the operation of this camera. It would be better if you know (have used) a digital camera before.

I too was very familiar with film SLRs, owning an N90s and F100. I also own a CP995.

I still wanted something to guide me through the new D100. I found it in Thom Hogan's guide.

Not only did I learn things I did not know, it taught me very quickly how all the settings worked. It would have taken 10x the amount of time to use the manual with trial and error. It was a smart purchase.

Default Thanks!

Thanks very much for the link, Scorpio!

Not crazy about ebooks, but I guess this is better than nothing!

Good friend Dennis Curtin from shortcourses.com now has his Nikon D100 book and eBook ready for the market.
