Please see link below for Nikon UK press release announcing Nikon Japan to discontinue all film SLRs except F6 and FM10, most manual lenses, El Nikkor enlarging lenses, Nikkor large format lenses. Hopefully this will allow an increase of production capacity for in demand digital SLRs and make the D200 the last DSLR to make us wait, and wait, and wait.
