Get the Nikon Capture software, it is far superior.

Me too. I really like PictureProject for organizing my fotos and for quick and dirty edits, such as applying auto-contrast, a little LCH, or sharpening. If I am serious about an image (as opposed to say, a batch of party fotos) you simply bring up Capture 4. PP with Capture 4 seems to be a pretty good workflow, which is what Nikon intended. My $.01

I use PictureProject plus NikonCapture and like them. I shoot in RAW+jpeg and select the keep photosusing jpeg files. I then delete the unkeep RAW and all jpegfiles which is very easy with PictureProject. Using NikonCapture to manipulate RAW files is easy and efective.
