D50captured just as good picture. This Red-whiskered Bulbul was taken with D50 and Nikkor 80-400VR.

When you learn to use all the functions of the D50 you will want a D200. It will capture same quality pictures but with much more fun doin it.:blah:

I was walking around town with my new D50 last night and got a few keepers
(Sigma 18-200mm)

Yep was the school blocking it... WOW!!! those are awesome pics..

let me guess *lol* Sigma 18-200mm isn't standard when getting a package deal from nikon right ?:lol: rofl

yeah the lens is not standard, after reading a lot of reviews and looking at a lot of pictures I decided to buy just the body and then seperately bought the Sigma 18-200mm.

hopefully soon I'll pick up a Nikkor 50mm f/1.8 lens and I'll be good to go for a while.

Has your bird even flown to Hong Kong ?

Might be I shot her cousin below. I really can't tell it's a horn or mouth at the first glance.
