I tried to print some pictures at Costco and some of the pictures were cropped. The guy told me I had to change the aspect ratio to 2.3 and then they would not crop. If not in the camera is there a way in adobe cs2 to change the aspect ratio?

What size prints were you trying to make?? 4x6 (and any other multiple of that, 8x12, 12x18, etc) should print right out of camera without any cropping (as long as you haven't resized or cropped in post work). Any other sized prints will require some cropping. If you're aiming to shoot 8x10 you need to leave a bit of extra room in the frame to make sure you get the look you want. Most photo editing software does have a custom crop function that allows you to crop to a particular size using a preview window to get the look you desire.
