I have Leica thread mount macro lens. Actually it's a Minolta manual lens. I have an adapter that allows me to mount it on my SRT 101 cameras. The focus and even the diaphragm is manual, but it is sharp, I have even used it as an enlarging lens.
Is there an adapter that will allow mounting the lens on a Nikon D-200? I know that it probably won't focus to infinity, but then, that's not what I use it for. I am contemplating a D-200 with the 18-200 VR Nikon lens, and this way I only need the one for most pictures that I am likely to take. It's a lot of money for me, so if I can use my macro lens for the macro work..... |
