Default Need info on a starter lens

I have the Nikon D3100 and all I have are the 18-55mm and the 55-200mm lenses, I was looking some advice on an inexpensive starter lens that gives me strong bokeh and crisp images for portraits. I want to be able to use it outdoors and indoors. Still new at this so not too sure on what to get. Any advice would be great! Thanks.

The Nikon AF-S 50mm f/1.4G and AF-S 60mm f/2.8 Micro, Sigma 50mm f/1.4 and 70mm f/2.8 Macro, and Tamron 60mm f/2.0 would all be very good choices.

Since your Nikon 3100 doesn't have a built-in AF motor, the Nikon 50mm f/1.8D won't autofocus, but if you don't mind focusing manually, it's a good choice and it costs a lot less than the others.
