Nice photos. You could get a smoother/silkier look to the water in both with an ND filter BUT you would have to shoot on a tripod. So...if you are the type of person that carries a tripod around - ND filters are definitely a lot of fun to experiment with - if you are traveling without a tripod and shooting handheld - I wouldn't bother with them in my opinion.
