Nikkor 18-200 VR GED, made in Thailand?

As Showturtle mentioned, the Nikon factory in Thailand is an incredibly nice facility. And Thai ppl (my gf and a ton of my friends are thai) are huge into photography, much moreso than the west in general and are very proud of their photography products. Same with Malaysia and the Canon factory there. No need to worry about factory location for either of these, both countries are photography oriented and proud to work in and hv those factories around.
