This is a better option in any case: http://www.sigmaphoto.com/lenses/len...p;navigator=17 Quote:
This flash does everything an SB-800 does (and more...) however it does come with an extra head so you have more control option over your lighting... ;) http://www.bogenimaging.us/Jahia/sit...mp;market=MKT1 |
Nhl is right...no sense buying the 50mm for use on the D60 since it won't AF. In reality, if I were you, I'd use what you have for now...figure out how your equipment is limiting you, and base your next lens purchase on what you know you need. You may find you've got everything you need.
In terms of flash, I've never used the Metz that NHL refers to, but Metz is a well known company and their flashes are well regarded. It is about $50 than the Sb800. If you're just looking for a basic flash, the SB600 is tough to beat for the price..you can get them for $180-$200. It does 80% of what the SB800 does. |
Enoughsaid, Thanks all!

I actualy got the 1.8 and love it. Not too bad focusing with the D60. Oh, and went with the sb-600, no complaints so far.
Thanks everyone. |
