Hi. I am getting a D80 and want to get the 55-200mm vr along with the 18-55mm EDII. I figure initially, this will be fine until I grow ito the camera. I have just read some excellent reviews on the Nikon AF 50mm f1.8Dand for the money it seems like a no brainer to get for indoor portraits in low lighting. I work in a preschool and will also be shooting outdoors, taking lots of candid shots. I priced these items seperately at around 1300.00 and my question is if I call a dealer and tell them I would like to purchase this as a bundle, would they give me a break and maybe save me 100.00 dollars or so. I would rather buy from one place but will buy from different dealers if I have to. Thanks.

The 18-55mm kit lens and the 55-200mmVR lens is a combination often used with the D-40 quite sucessfully. There is no reason it should not work just as well with the D-80.
