im surprised at how well i can hold my d1x, now ive put this on
The grip came from my drill, all i did was add a open ended screw to it
was even more surprised it fitted both the grip and the collar of my lens, perfect
And if i lossen the nut on my collar, i can now go from landscape to potrait, or any other angle, without even moveing my left hand
its very secure, and looks cool
not sure were to post this
regards

Very creative, and it looks pretty comfortable.
One question though.. do you have 3 hands?
