Default nikon lens on canon body

is there a third party adapter made that will let me use a nikon lens with f mount on a newer canon body? I dont care about metering or stopping down the lens manually.

thanks,
dr

I don't think so, or at least I've never seen one advertised. May I ask why you'd want such an adapter? A custom made adapter might run you as much as a consumer Canon lens (not professional L glass).

Default yes

actually, I found one made by novoflex. Bought it for $169 from adorama. Will allow nikon f mount to fit canon eos mount.

reason?

just bought canon digital rebel slr. have several canon lenses but also have 9 nikkor lenses including 28mm and 35mm PC lenses.

I know the focal multiplier is 1.6 but I want to be able to use my other lenses on the dslr when I need to.
