Default Fast Macro

I was about to order a 50/f1.8 Nikon lens for low light shots when I saw the new Tamron 60/f2.0 macro and thought that I could get both speed and macro in one lens. The price of the Tamron is higher than the 60/2.8 Nikon micro putting me off a little.

Anyone have some thoughts regarding these three (I plan to purchase one only)?

As thrilled as I am about the Tamron 60/2.0, it comes down to this for me.

The Tamron 60/2.0 Macro is $569.

The Tamron 90/2.8 Macro is $405.
The Nikon 50/1.8 is $150.

Save $14 and buy the two lenses.

Wow, two for the price of one - something to consider. Thanks for the reply TCav.
