Default help: Orestegor f/4 300mm on Nikon?

Greetings

I'll try to keep things as short as I can. I got a Meyer Optik Gorlitz 300mm f/4 Orestegor lens but I don't have a suitable camera for it. I asked the main distributor for canon in Macedonia and they said they would not guarantee for the quality of the images since Orestegor is not a Canon lens...

so now I really need some good advice about the camera I should by. I need a beginners professional camera probably from Nikon, but something that is cheep and... still be able to use the Orestegor f/4 300mm lens.

I could really use some advice from all you people. Please help me

Gordan

I would see if there is m4/3 mount for the lens, it may be you best option to get that lens to work with a body that it was not design for. Since it is a MF lens a micro 4/3 camera will give you the most options. Think you can find m42 to micro 4/3 adapters. I think they have them for k mount for then pentax dslr. Not 100% sure.
