Hi,

I am really wanting to go ditigal as I live in a small place with no reputable photo shops to develop pics.

I have a Nikon F80 with an AF Nikkor 28-105mm 1:3.5-4.5D lens.

Will this work ok on the D70. If yes, are there any drawbacks or problems that I will encounter.

Thanks,

Beverly

All AF and AFD Nikkors can be used on a D70 body with metering and AF. You may also use AI and AIS lenses on the D70; but, AF and metering are gone, which means you need to manual focus and do manual metering.

Also,

Consider that your 28-105mm lenswill become a 42-158mm because of the 1.5x factor of Nikon DSLR
