I have been considering buying a macro lens dose anyone know if there is any difference between the Sigma - 105mm 2.8 EX Macro Lens Nikon AF and the Sigma 105mm F2.8 EX "DG" AF Telephoto Macro Lens For Nikon AF-D Cameras or weather I should just get the Nikon 105mm f/2.8 macro lens from Nikon.
The confusing part is with the Sigma lenses two different sites show what seems to be the same lens but not exactly as you can see from these links

http://www.ritzcamera.com/webapp/wcs...73#description

http://www.adorama.com/SG10528DNKAF.html

Any help would be appreciated

I have seen both sites also. The only thing I know for sure is Adorama is in the UK. Ritz is in the US. I have seen some insane prices for the Nikon D70 too. My main concern is what is the cost of getting the items here and does it carry US warranty.

I am ready to buy,,, but have reservations on some of the to good to be true prices. Also the impact of, if something goes wrong with your equipment, getting the take it back to who you got it form foryour help.

I am interested in seeing more replies to your post.

Before purchasing the Sigma 105mm F2.8, you may want to check out the newest macro from Sigma:

... That's because the 'DG' is a newer version (Adorama) optimized for 'digital' - Check the discussion below which was shot with the older non 'DG' version (Ritz Camera):

They are two different lenses (ie the # of elements inside are different)
