Is the Nikon Zoom Wide Angle-Telephoto AF Zoom Nikkor 24-85mm f/2.8-4.0D fully comptiable with D70?

Hi,

According to my manual, yes. Any CPU type "D" Nikkor AF is fully compatible.

nice motor there. older one though. the mid span shrouds give it away.GE CF6 series possibly? can't really get a good look

actually just about any nikkor lens made after 1976 will mount and be "usable" on that body. after thatits all a matter of functionality.

SJMS : Can you tell me, how good is the Sigma AF 90mm F f.2.8 Macro, this one has a lens adpter to get 1.2 and 1.1 ??? can I used in my D70 ??? CArlos
