Default IR with CP5000

Getting well defined circle in the middle of IR images. Within this circle the image is brighter. using two different filters. Just started experimentingl.
Does it whether or not lens is shaded. Using Tiffen # 87 and Hoya Infrared R72 held flush to the lens during exposure.
This is in wide max wide angle mode (equivalent to 28mm on 35mm film cameras)

you might want to check out:

the cp5000 seems to have a consistent problem with IR..
Actually, using an 87 filter, I have a hot spot as well using my cp880, although not as pronounced as the cp5000
