Hi Vincent, I'm not sure how to explain to do that. But you can go to this link for your reference on settings of the camera. Hopefully can help you...I still learning on it. That's why I love Flickr and always make reference to the member's picture that had been uploaded there. Especially P90 users.

Dont forget there is also a relationship between lens length and depth of field (blurred backrounds) If you zoom in totally on something, even though the smallest F number you can use is 5.0, youll still get more blurred backrounds than with f 2.8 at the widest lens setting. Also, it helps to set the focus area manually. Like with this picture. I set the focus manually on the flowers but allowed the camera to auto focus. I think I accidentally deleted some of my honeymoon photos though because I cant find this one anywhere. Anybody know how to recover them hopefully??!! Darn it... :'(

Ok thank you ima try it right now to see if it works. && if i set it like this will it always take pictures like that? && do i use Aperture or could i use any other? like one of the PSAM?

&& Does it only blur if you are outside? like can you take pictures inside with flash and have the background blur? sorry guys so much questions about 1 question ;9

Just select the 16 X9 format and you are on your way to some good panos.
