Default Night Football game.....leave the 5700 at home?

Any suggestions? Sure it works great if the players stand still and your in range for the flash, but what do you the rest of the time, punt? :?:

I took some night time rodeo shots (bull riding) with my 5700 and the pictures were grainy but in focus, but the ISO was @ 1000! I don't remember the other settings; no flash because of the distance; the settings were on manual for aperture and shutter. Make sure the focus is set on infinity. It was fun to experiment and they did look kind of cool. Take it with!

Default ISO 1000?

My CP 5700 only goes up to ISO 800. How did you get yours set to 1000?
