Default Blurring a Ferris Wheel with a Nikon Coolpix P90?

I am going to the State Fair on February 8, and I want to capture some awesome fair images. I have seen some amazing photos of Ferris Wheels being motion blurred, such as these images...

What can I do to take these kind of pictures, making the Ferris Wheel look blurred like these with a Nikon Coolpix P90? What knob do I turn the camera to, and what ISO/ASA do I set it to? Please help me figure this out. It would be awesome to take pictures like these. Thank you for your time!

Youre going to need a tripod for these shots. Use the camera on S-mode and set the shutter speed, using the thumb wheel, to a long speed. Most of those look to be 3 seconds or more but thats just an uneducated guess.

There you go, Justin-

Welcome to the Forum and to the Nikon P+S folder. We're delighted that you dropped by. JakA Hearts has provided the correct answer. Just remember that tripod and the long shutter speed, and you will be all set.

Have a great weekend.
