Default Need Advice for 5000 from SUPERUSERS!!

Hi, our Nikon users! I'm a potential user of Coolpix (4500? 5000? 5700?).. Before being a user, I need you guy's opinion.
My coolpix usage will be..

1. macro (of course with coolpix)
2. Telescope or spotting scope using eyepiece
3. just shooting my baby, wife, ...

So, I looked at digiscoping forum and many people are recommanding 4500 for that purpose...But, unfortunately, my wife doesn't like the appearance of 4500 ( I do, though..) So far, the best fit would be 5000 for us. My question then would be the combination of adapters between 5000 and eyepiece(1.25") and vignetting.... Could you give me some advice about that? Thanks guys!

You must have eliminated one of the double post as soon as I replied, here goes another try.
The consensus among those that use them for digiscoping is as follows:
CP990 (best)
CP995 (good)
CP4500 (yet to be determined, but preliminary is good/best).
My purchase of 4500 was based on digiscoping and macrophotography and so far am fairly well pleased.
I didn't like the looks either, but in this case function over form would be the smarter move.
You will grow to love the swivel feature and wonder how you ever got by without it.
BTW, for digiscoping you will need the internal zoom feature.
