Has anyone tried the new Nikon Coolpix 4800 yet? I'm wondering how it compares to the other longzooms out there.

Thanks! I was waiting for that conclusion!

Any thoughts onthe 4800when comparing it to the Olympus C-770. Better/Worse? Pluses/Minuses? I like the fact that the new 4800 can use a disposable battery, the cheaper SD cards, and has an AF assist for low light, but do not wish to sacrifice picture quality and functionality. Any thoughts? I can't seem to make up my mind...

It has a 1/2.5" CCD. That's disconcerting, especially considering that my old 3MP Olympus C-3000 had a 1/1.8" CCD.

I wonder how well noise is controlled at night.
