Default Coolpix 3500 Continious Drive Speed

I'm looking for a compact point-and-shoot camera, therefore the Coolpix 3500 seems quite nice, since it also brings the rotating lens desing along.

Anyway I would like to have a nice and fast continious mode on the camera. The 1.5 fps from the Coolpix 2500 would be to slow. I'm also considering the Canon Powershot S45, as its speed is around 2.5 fps and offers lots of manual controls.

Has anyone tested on how fast the 3500 can shoot, and how many pictures related to different resolutions?

Would be nice to know, couldn't find any info about that in the review.

regards from switzerland
