Hi Steve,

Well done, what beautiful photos on a sunny day.

The eagle is watching you even at that distance, he has got quite a stare, hasn't he.

The mountain picture, the close up looks as if you are standing halfway up.

Thanks for making my and probably everyone else's day here in dreary, wet and very foggy England.

I had to look at my Chile picture from nearly 2 years ago to cheer me up over the weekend. Roll on Spring!!!:-)

Greetings from

Angie

Way to go Stevie wonder...Full shots!!!

Steve, why not drop off a copy of these (eagle )over to the wildlife pics? I bet they'd love 'em! I get the feeling that not everyone scrolls around the whole site and these are a real treat.

Thanks for the positive comments ! It's always a little risky posting pics as my low self esteem expects the worst !

It was sunny again this morning, so we headed out to a different spot and I got the attached shot of an immature Bald Eagle. He was eating a duck by the river when my dogs scared him ! Eagles stay dull like this for 5 years, when the white head and tail and dark plummage appear. There were nearly 20 bald eagles found dead locally this weekend...with just the feet removed ! They are "protected", but obviously coveted for some purpose. Pretty disgusting.
