I just bought the 8800 this past weekend. I am noticing a distinct color difference in my viewfinder vs. actual colors. For instance, while shooting indoors, the lighting looks very yellow through the viewfinder. Outside in good light, the colors look more yellow through the viewfinder as well. I am also noticing a "white noise" effect in the viewfinder as well.

Anyone have any feedback on this?

Yellow indoors due to the tungsten lighting is to be expected, but not outdoors.

If your not satisfied & it sounds faulty, take it back to the dealer for a replacement - the longer you wait, the harder it'll be.
